Personalized Link — Share Your Agent in Emails, SMS & Campaigns

The Personalized Link is a unique URL for your AI agent that you can share anywhere — emails, SMS, WhatsApp, social posts, QR codes, email signatures. When a customer opens the link, they land on a branded screen where they can talk or chat with your agent instantly — no phone number to dial, no app to install.
Why it's useful
Most businesses already send customers a lot of messages — appointment reminders, follow-ups, promotional campaigns, review requests. Today those messages usually end with "call us" or a phone number. The Personalized Link replaces that with a single tap: the customer opens the link and is already connected to your agent, who can help them book, reschedule, cancel, ask a question or take any action the agent is configured for.

Where to find it
Open the agent and go to Configure → Personalized Link. Copy the Origination URL using the copy icon on the right. That's the link — it's tied to this specific agent, so anything you've set up (identity, voice, knowledge, actions) is exactly what the customer will experience.
Best ways to use it
Automated emails — appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, review requests. Add the link as a "Talk to us" button so customers can reach the agent in one tap.
SMS & WhatsApp — perfect for short messages where a clickable link is easier than a phone number.
Promotional campaigns — newsletters, special offers, win-back emails. Let customers act on the offer instantly by talking to the agent.
Email signatures & staff profiles — every email becomes a way to start a conversation.
QR codes — print on receipts, flyers, in-store signage or vehicles. Scan and talk.
Social bios & ads — Instagram, Facebook, Google Business — anywhere a single CTA link helps.
What the customer sees
When the link opens, the customer sees a clean branded screen with your agent's name and avatar, and two simple controls: Voice to talk live or Chat to message. The conversation uses the same agent — same knowledge, same voice, same workflows — so the experience is identical to a phone call, just easier to start.
