Connect Web — Embed the Agent on Your Website

Connect Web lets you embed your AI agent directly on your website as a floating widget. Visitors can chat with the agent or talk to it by voice — without leaving your site.
How it works
You drop a small script tag into the <head> of your website. That script loads the Kickcall widget and connects it to this specific agent, so anything you've configured (identity, knowledge, voice) is what your visitors will experience.

Step 1 — Copy the embed code
Open Configure → Connect Web on the agent you want to embed. Under Connect Agent to website you'll see a ready-to-use script. Click Copy Code.
The YOUR_AGENT_ID value in the script is unique to this agent — do not change it.
Step 2 — Paste it into your website's <head>
Paste the script inside the <head> tag of every page where you want the widget to appear. Most website builders (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Wix, custom sites) have a "Custom code in head" or "Header scripts" setting for exactly this.
Once saved and published, the widget appears in the corner of your site:

Visitors can:
Chat — start a text conversation with the agent.
Voice — talk to the agent in real time, just like a phone call.
Step 3 — Customise the look
Under Customise Styling you can match the widget to your brand:
Button Color — the colour of the launcher button.
Text — the accent / text colour inside the widget.
Embed screen position — pick which corner of the page the widget sits in.
Changes apply automatically — no need to re-copy the script.
