Knowledge Base — What Your Agent Should Know

The Knowledge Base is everything the AI receptionist knows about your business — services, pricing, policies, FAQs, insurance accepted, parking, providers, anything a caller might ask.

Where the questions come from
The Knowledge Base questions on this step are generated automatically from your website (the URL you added in Stage 1 — Business Details). The system scrapes your site and turns the content into Q&A pairs your agent can answer.
Website provided → you'll see business-specific Q&A pulled from your pages (services, hours, locations, providers, FAQs, etc.).
No website provided → you'll see a set of default questions for your industry. Fill in the answers manually so the agent doesn't sound generic.
Heads up — website scraping takes a few minutes. When you reach this step you may see a "Reviewing Your Website and Getting Questions Ready" status. Analyzing and extracting information from your website usually takes 4–5 minutes. You don't have to wait — continue filling out the other steps of the form and come back to Knowledge Base once the questions are ready.
What to do here
Review every auto-generated answer. Website scraping is good but not perfect — fix anything wrong, vague, or outdated.
Fill in blanks for any default questions that weren't covered by your website.
Add Q&A for anything specific to your business that's not on your website (insurances accepted, new-patient policies, after-hours instructions, etc.).
Why this matters
The Knowledge Base is what stops the agent from saying "I'm not sure, let me transfer you" on basic questions. The richer it is, the more the agent can resolve calls on its own without escalating to a human.
