Can't find the integration your Business needs in the Marketplace? Don't worry — Kickcall will build it for you. Use Request New Integration to submit any third-party software you'd like us to add to the Voice-Ready Marketplace.
Where to find it
If the integration you're looking for doesn't exist in the Marketplace, the Agency user will see a Drop an Integration Request button directly on the Marketplace page. Clicking it redirects you to our support center where you can submit the request.
Clicking Drop an Integration Request takes you straight to the Integrations board on the Kickcall Public Roadmap. This is where every integration request from every Agency lives — you can submit a new one, upvote requests other Agencies have already made, and follow progress as our team builds them.
How it works
Submit your request — Click Request New Integration in the Marketplace and tell us which third-party software you need (name, website, and the use case you want the voice agent to support).
We evaluate the integration provider — Every new integration depends on the third-party provider. Our team checks whether they offer public API documentation.
If open API docs are available — We can start development right away. Typical turnaround is around 4 weeks to ship a Voice-Ready integration.
If open API docs are not available — Our team reaches out directly to the integration provider to request API access or partnership. Timelines in this case depend on the provider's response.
Goes live in the Marketplace — Once built, the new integration appears in the Marketplace just like any other Voice-Ready integration. You can then purchase it with a one-time fee and resell to your Businesses.
