My Profile & Preferences: Overview

The My Profile & Preferences module in the Agency Portal is your personal control center. It's where you manage how you appear to your team and your Businesses, choose which platform events alert you, and review the in-app notifications you've received.
Everything in this module is scoped to you as an Agency user — changes here never affect your teammates or your Businesses.
What’s inside this module
Change Profile Details — update your profile picture, display name and phone number. These details identify you across the Agency Portal in audit trails, intraoffice notes and activity attribution.
Change Notification Preferences — choose which platform events generate alerts for you, and whether each one is delivered In-App, by Email, or both. Toggles save automatically.
My Notifications — open the bell-icon panel to review recent alerts, Snooze the in-app sound during focused work, or use Mark as read to clear the unread badge in one click.
Where to find it
Everything in this module lives behind your avatar in the top-right of the Agency Portal. Click your profile picture to open My Profile or Notification Preferences, and click the bell icon next to it to open the Notifications panel.
