The Team module in the Business Portal is where you manage every person who has access to your business account. Think of it as your user directory — anyone listed here can log in and interact with the portal based on the role they've been assigned.
Why this matters: The Team module controls who can view, edit, or manage your business settings, operators, and data. Giving the right role to the right person ensures your portal stays secure and organized.

What the Team table shows
Name — the member's full name as entered during setup.
Email — the address used to log in and receive portal notifications.
Phone — the member's contact number (optional).
Role — the permission level assigned to this member (e.g. Business Admin, Location Admin).
Action — edit or delete buttons to manage the member directly from the table.
Managing members
Adding a new member Click the + Add Member button at the top right. A panel will open where you fill in the member's name, email, mobile number, and role. Once submitted, the member will be added to your team and can access the portal based on their assigned role.
Editing a member Use the pencil icon in the Action column to update a member's name, phone number, or role at any time. Changes take effect immediately.
Removing a member Click the trash icon to delete a member. This instantly revokes their access to the portal and any businesses they were managing. This action cannot be undone.

Best practices
Assign the least privileged role needed — give Admin access only to those who genuinely need it.
Remove ex-employees or contractors immediately after they leave to keep your portal secure.
Use a consistent naming format so the team list stays easy to read as it grows.
Double-check the role before saving — roles can be edited later, but incorrect access in the interim can cause issues.
