Keeping this information accurate ensures everything else on the platform works correctly.
General Information:
Business Logo is the image that represents your business across the platform.
Friendly Business Name is the name you commonly use day to day, while Legal Business Name is your official registered name.
Industry helps categorize what type of business you run.
Primary Contact Person and Primary Contact Email are the go-to details if anyone needs to reach your business.
Business Number is your main phone line.
Business Website is optional but helps give a complete picture of your business.
Billing Address:
It includes your Street Address, City, Postal/Zip Code, Country, and State/Province/Region. This information is used to process payments and keep your account records accurate. It's important to keep this up to date, especially if your business moves or if there are any billing-related communications.
