Who Should We Contact — Start Business Onboarding

This is the very first step of your Business Onboarding with the Agency. On this screen you tell the Agency who they should contact — your name, email and phone number — so their account manager can send updates and schedule your kickoff call.

Why this step matters
Submitting this short form is what creates your personal Onboarding Form Link. From this point forward, your onboarding has its own saved place in the Agency's system — tied to the email and phone you enter here.
First step that unlocks everything else. Until you submit this, the rest of the onboarding form (Business Name, Website, Address, Industry, Training Info, etc.) is not opened up for you.
Creates your saved progress. Your email + phone become the key that lets you come back to your onboarding at any time.
Connects you to a real human. The Agency's account manager uses these details to reach out, answer questions, and book your kickoff call.
What you need to enter
First Name and Last Name — the person the Agency should address in emails and calls.
Email — where the Agency will send updates, confirmations and your continue link.
Phone Number — include your country code (for example,
+14168282835).
Best to finish in one go — but not mandatory
The full Business Onboarding form is long and asks for a lot of details about your business, locations, agent training info, telephony and integrations. That's intentional — it's what makes your AI receptionist actually work for you.
We recommend completing it in one sitting so your onboarding moves fast and your agent can go live sooner. But it is not mandatory — if you have to step away, your progress is safe.
Pick up where you left off, anytime. Just open your onboarding link again and enter the same email and phone number you used on this first step. The Agency will load your saved progress and drop you exactly back where you stopped. Your data is not lost.
