Business General Information is the core profile of a single business — the identifying details that appear across the Agency Portal, the Business Portal, invoices and customer-facing communications. Keep this section accurate; many other modules (telephony caller ID, invoices, notifications) read from these fields.
General Information
Business Logo — uploaded image used across the Business Portal and customer touchpoints. Proposed size 350px × 180px, max 2.5 MB.
Friendly Business Name (required) — the day-to-day display name shown in dashboards, lists and conversations.
Legal Business Name — the registered business name used on invoices and contracts.
Industry (required) — selected from the predefined list (e.g. Beauty and Wellness, Healthcare, Home Services). Drives industry-specific defaults in some modules.
Primary Contact Person — main point of contact at the business.
Primary Contact E-mail (required) — used for system notifications, billing alerts and account communications.
Business Number — primary phone number for the business (with country flag).
Business Website — public website URL.
Billing Address
The legal billing address used on invoices and for tax calculation. All fields combine to form the full address printed on every invoice.

Note: Updating the Billing Address only affects future invoices. Already-generated invoices keep the address that was on file at the time of generation.
