Twilio is one of Kickcall's native telephony solutions. Once the Agency connects its Twilio account, you can purchase numbers for your businesses directly from Kickcall and see at a glance which number is connected to which business.
The Twilio module is organized into two tabs:
Configuration — for entering connection credentials and telephony settings.
Mapping — for mapping Twilio numbers/settings to specific businesses.
Connect your Twilio account
Go to Telephony → Twilio → Configuration Tab and paste your Twilio credentials:
SSID — your Twilio Account SID.
Auth Token — your Twilio Auth Token.
Trunk SID — the SIP trunk used for outbound calls.
Termination SIP URI, Termination Username, Termination Password — your trunk termination credentials.
From Number - The default system phone number used to send SMS notifications, alerts, and notes to businesses.
Account Usage: Every agency must bring its own Twilio account. These credentials are used whenever a business purchases or connects a phone number through Kickcall.
Customize Your Telephony Service (White-Labeling)
This section allows agencies to white-label the telephony integration so that end customers see the agency's own branding instead of the default provider branding.
Logo - Upload area for the agency's custom logo, applied to the telephony service branding. Recommended size: 200×60px, in PNG or SVG format.
Display Name - The name shown to customers in place of the default provider name (e.g., "Smart Connections"). This field is required.
Note: Clicking Configure at the bottom of the page is required to save any changes made on this tab. Simply entering credentials, allowed addresses, or white-label details does not save the configuration — the Configure button must be clicked to apply and persist the changes.
See which business uses which number
Open the Mapping tab to see every business, the numbers connected to it, and a quick search to jump to a specific business. A business can have one number, several numbers, or none yet.
