Other Carriers

The Others tab under Telephony lists external carriers that businesses may already purchase phone/voice service from directly (outside the platform's native telephony integrations). Agencies can toggle which of these carriers appear as selectable options on the business onboarding form, allowing businesses to indicate their existing carrier during setup.

What you see on each carrier
Each carrier is displayed as a card containing:
Carrier Name & Logo - Identifies the carrier.
Description - A short explanation of the service the carrier provides.
View Documentation - Opens a step-by-step setup guide explaining how to configure that specific carrier for use with the platform.
Toggle Switch - Enables or disables the carrier's visibility as a selectable option on the business onboarding form.
Capability Tag(s) - Indicates the supported connectivity type(s) for that carrier — Call Forwarding and/or SIP Connectivity.
Call Forwarding - The carrier supports forwarding calls from the business's existing number to the platform's system, without requiring direct SIP integration.
SIP Connectivity - The carrier supports a direct SIP trunk connection, enabling deeper integration for call routing and management.
