Forward calls from your AT&T business line to your dedicated Kickcall AI phone number so the agent can start answering.
Turn on call forwarding
On your main AT&T handset, dial
*21*(or*72).Enter the 10-digit Kickcall AI phone number — e.g.
8881234567.Press
#and wait at least 3 seconds for the confirmation tone.
Turn off call forwarding
On your main AT&T handset, dial
#21#.Wait for the confirmation tone, then hang up.
What this does
Call forwarding automatically redirects incoming calls to your Kickcall AI agent so it can handle customer inquiries. When forwarding is off, calls go straight to your main business line and your staff must answer in person.
