Sample Call Recordings — Train the Agent on Your Style

Sample Call Recordings are real (or mimicked) recordings of how your business currently handles phone calls. These are critical — they're how the Agency's team learns your customer base, your tone, and the kinds of conversations the AI receptionist needs to handle.

What to upload

  • Real customer call recordings from your current phone system — appointment bookings, general inquiries, transfers, billing questions, complaints, etc.

  • Each recording should have a short description (e.g. "New patient appointment booking", "Insurance verification call", "Caller transferred to billing").

  • Upload variety — the more types of calls you share, the better your agent will handle real-world calls.

Don't have recordings? Mimic them

If you don't have actual customer recordings (no call recording on your current phone system, or you can't share them), please mimic some. Sit with a teammate, role-play 3–5 typical customer calls, record on your phone, and upload them. This is far better than uploading nothing.

Why this matters

Q&A and capabilities tell the agent what to do. Recordings tell the Agency's training team how your callers actually talk:

  • Common accents, languages, and phrasing of your customer base.

  • Typical objections and questions callers raise.

  • How your current staff handle transfers, escalations, and tricky situations.

  • The tone and pace your customers are used to.
