Business Location & Working Hours

This is the first step of Stage 2 — Agent Training Info. Tell the Agency where your business operates and when you are open so the AI receptionist can quote correct hours, book appointments in the right time zone, and answer "where are you located?" calls accurately.

What to fill in

  • Address — street, city, state, ZIP, country.

  • Time Zone — critical. Every booking is calculated from this.

  • Working Hours — per day open/close times. You can also add breaks (e.g. lunch) so the agent doesn't book during closed windows.

Use the copy action next to a day to copy that day's open/close times and breaks to all other days at once. This saves time when most of your week follows the same schedule.

Pre-filled from Google My Business

If you connected your Google My Business account in Stage 1, your address and working hours are pre-populated automatically. Review the values carefully — Google data is sometimes outdated, especially breaks. Fix anything that doesn't match how your business actually runs today.

Multiple locations? Start with one

If your business has more than one location, just enter the total number of locations and fill in details for the first location you want to go live. Don't try to onboard every location at once.

Once your first location is live, the Agency can quickly bring the rest of your locations live using the first one as a template. This keeps your onboarding fast — you get a working AI receptionist for one location in days, not weeks.

Why this matters

  • Wrong time zone = bookings land in the wrong slot.

  • Missing breaks = the agent books during lunch.

  • Wrong address = the agent gives callers the wrong directions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Fix them here first so your AI receptionist can go live with correct hours. You should also update Google separately, but don't block your onboarding on it.

Perfect — that's exactly the recommended flow. Enter 5 as the total, fill in details for the one ready location, and submit. The Agency will reach out for the rest after your first location is live.

Yes. Once your business is live, you can update Locations and hours anytime from the Business Portal. Changes only affect new bookings — existing appointments keep their original time.

Yes. Off days and holidays can be configured in the Business Portal once your business has been set up. You don't need to enter them during onboarding.

Yes. The copy action next to any day applies that day's open/close times and breaks to every other day. You can then adjust individual days if needed.

Still enter a valid address and time zone. If you don't want to share the address with callers, let your Account Manager know during the Kickoff Call — the agent can be told to say "we serve [city/region]" instead of giving out the street address.
