The Configuration module is where the Agency sets up everything that powers the platform behind the scenes — whitelabel branding, system emails, pricing packages, add-ons and third-party services like Stripe, Tolt and Customer.io.
It is organised into five tabs:
Branding — full whitelabel: business name, logo, favicon, primary color, support email, support calendar, T&C / Privacy URLs and custom domain.
SMTP — send all system emails (notifications, OTP login, verifications) from your own domain using your SMTP credentials.
Add-Ons — Coming soon. Optional platform add-ons the Agency will be able to enable for their businesses.
Pricing — create the packages you sell to your businesses (included minutes, locations, storage, multilingual, integration charges).
Third Party — activate external services: Stripe for payment processing, Tolt for the affiliate program and Customer.io for customer messaging.
What you can configure
SMTP — send all system emails (notifications, OTP login, verifications) from your own domain using your SMTP credentials.
Branding — full whitelabel: business name, logo, favicon, primary color, support email, support calendar, T&C / Privacy URLs and custom domain.
Pricing Packages — define the packages you sell to your businesses (included minutes, locations, storage, multilingual, integration charges).
Stripe — optional. Connect your Stripe account to collect payments directly from businesses.
Third Party — activate Tolt (affiliate program) and Customer.io (customer messaging).
Note: Stripe lives under Third Party and is optional. If you prefer to manage payments outside Kickcall (invoicing, bank transfer, etc.), you can leave it disabled and still use Pricing packages for usage tracking and billing reports.
