Integration Resell Pricing & Wholesale Price

Every paid integration in My Integrations has two prices attached to it: the Wholesale Price that Kickcall charges the Agency, and the Resell Price that the Agency charges its Businesses. This article explains how the two work together and how to set them.

Wholesale Price

The Wholesale Price is what Kickcall charges your Agency for the integration. It's shown as a green pill on the top-right of the integration card (e.g. $145 /Connection/Month).

  • Billed per connection, per location, per month. One Business with three locations connected to the same integration counts as three billable connections.

  • Set by Kickcall — you cannot edit the wholesale price.

  • Free integrations have no wholesale price and display a Free pill instead.

Resell Price

The Resell Price (shown under Reseller Price) is what you charge your Businesses for that same integration. You're free to set it to any value at or above the wholesale price — the difference is your margin.

  • Click the pencil icon next to the price to edit it.

  • Same unit as wholesale: per connection / per location / per month.

  • Updating the resell price affects future invoices only — already-issued invoices are not retro-changed.

How Resell Price ties into Business Packages

The Resell Price you set on an integration is just a rate — it doesn't bill anyone on its own. The actual decision of whether a Business gets charged for integrations (and how those charges appear on their invoice) lives in the Business's pricing package, configured under Configuration → Pricing.

Every package you create has a Charge Additional for Integration toggle. This toggle is the bridge between your integration Resell Price and the Business's monthly bill:

  • Toggle ON — Kickcall reads the Resell Price from each integration the Business is connected to and adds those charges as separate line items on the Business's invoice, billed per connection / per location / per month. The Business sees both the package price and itemized integration charges. Use this when integration usage varies a lot between Businesses or when you want pricing transparency.

  • Toggle OFF — Integration Resell Prices are ignored for this Business. They pay only the flat package price you defined, and you absorb the wholesale cost of any connected integrations from your package margin. Use this for fixed/bundled plans (e.g. Professional Plan — $499/month, includes integrations).

Because the toggle is per-package, you can mix strategies across your customer base — some Businesses on bundled plans, others on itemized plans — without changing the Resell Prices you set here.

Decide your packaging strategy in Configuration → Pricing first, then set your Resell Prices here to match. The two modules are designed to work together.
