Telephony Details — Connect Your Phone System

Telephony Details is where you tell the AI receptionist how to reach your phone system. You share your business phone number, pick your telephony / VoIP provider, and (optionally) leave notes about your setup. The Agency's team takes it from there.

What to fill in

  • Business Phone Number — the number your customers call today. This is the number that will be routed to the AI receptionist.

  • Telephony / VoIP Provider — pick the provider that handles your business phone calls (RingCentral, Twilio, NetSapiens, your PBX, etc.). If yours isn't listed, pick Other.

  • Telephony Service Name — the name of the specific service or plan you're on with that provider (only needed if you picked Other or want to be more specific).

  • More Information — share your provider details, preferred setup, and any available SIP credentials or connection information. Anything that helps the Agency wire this up faster goes here.

Whitelist the SIP signaling server

If you use SIP trunking, make sure the Agency's SIP signaling IP address (shown on this step, e.g. 54.236.168.131:5060) is allowed through your firewall. Without this, calls can't reach the AI receptionist even if everything else is configured correctly.

Why this matters

The AI receptionist can only receive calls once your phone system can route to it. You don't need to figure out SIP trunking yourself — just share what you know about your setup and the Agency's team will coordinate the rest with your provider.
