The Third Party tab under Configuration is where the Agency activates external services that extend platform functionality. Each service has its own activation flow and can be enabled independently.
Available integrations
Stripe — payment processing. Collect payments from your businesses directly into your own Stripe account. Manage subscriptions, billing and secure transactions in one place.
Tolt (Beta) — affiliate program. Track referrals, monitor affiliate performance and automate commission payouts.
Customer.io — customer messaging. Send automated messages across email, SMS and push throughout the customer journey.
How activation works
Open Configuration → Third Party.
On the card for the service you want, click Activate.
Enter the credentials that service asks for (API keys, workspace IDs, webhook secrets).
Save. The integration is live immediately — no restart or re-deploy needed.
Each card also has a View Documentation link that opens the vendor's own setup guide for the latest steps.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to activate all three?
Do I have to activate all three?
No. Every service is independent and fully optional. Activate only what your Agency needs.
Is Stripe required to bill my businesses?
Is Stripe required to bill my businesses?
No. Stripe is optional. Without it, Pricing packages are still used for usage tracking and billing reports — you simply collect payment outside Kickcall (invoicing, bank transfer, etc.).
Where do the credentials go?
Where do the credentials go?
Credentials stay with your Agency configuration and are used only to talk to the vendor's API on your behalf. They are never exposed to your businesses.
Can I deactivate a service later?
Can I deactivate a service later?
Most Third Party services can be disconnected at any time from the same screen where they were activated. Stripe is the exception — to fully disable Stripe you must contact the Agency support team. Existing data in the vendor's platform (Stripe customers, Tolt affiliates, Customer.io campaigns) stays in that platform.
What happens if a vendor's API is down?
What happens if a vendor's API is down?
Kickcall continues to run. Features that depend on that vendor (e.g. new Stripe charges, Customer.io message sends) will retry or resume once the vendor is back online.
