Personalized Link — Share Your Agent in Emails, SMS & Campaigns

The Personalized Link is a unique URL for your AI agent that you can share anywhere — emails, SMS, WhatsApp, social posts, QR codes, email signatures. When a customer opens the link, they land on a branded screen where they can talk or chat with your agent instantly — no phone number to dial, no app to install.
Why it's useful
Most businesses already send customers a lot of messages — appointment reminders, follow-ups, promotional campaigns, review requests. Today those messages usually end with "call us" or a phone number. The Personalized Link replaces that with a single tap: the customer opens the link and is already connected to your agent, who can help them book, reschedule, cancel, ask a question or take any action the agent is configured for.

Where to find it
Open the agent and go to Configure → Personalized Link. Copy the Origination URL using the copy icon on the right. That's the link — it's tied to this specific agent, so anything you've set up (identity, voice, knowledge, actions) is exactly what the customer will experience.
Best ways to use it
Automated emails — appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, review requests. Add the link as a "Talk to us" button so customers can reach the agent in one tap.
SMS & WhatsApp — perfect for short messages where a clickable link is easier than a phone number.
Promotional campaigns — newsletters, special offers, win-back emails. Let customers act on the offer instantly by talking to the agent.
Email signatures & staff profiles — every email becomes a way to start a conversation.
QR codes — print on receipts, flyers, in-store signage or vehicles. Scan and talk.
Social bios & ads — Instagram, Facebook, Google Business — anywhere a single CTA link helps.
What the customer sees
When the link opens, the customer sees a clean branded screen with your agent's name and avatar, and two simple controls: Voice to talk live or Chat to message. The conversation uses the same agent — same knowledge, same voice, same workflows — so the experience is identical to a phone call, just easier to start.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is the link tied to one specific agent?
Is the link tied to one specific agent?
Yes. Each agent has its own unique Origination URL. If you have multiple agents (e.g. one per location or per use case), generate the link from that agent's Personalized Link tab.
Can customers book, cancel or reschedule appointments through the link?
Can customers book, cancel or reschedule appointments through the link?
Yes. The link opens the same agent that handles your phone calls, so any action the agent can perform on a call — booking, cancelling, rescheduling, answering FAQs, capturing leads — works through the link too.
Do customers need to install anything?
Do customers need to install anything?
No. The link opens in any modern browser on phone or desktop. No app, no account, no download.
Where should I put the link for the best results?
Where should I put the link for the best results?
Inside automated emails (appointment follow-ups, reminders, review requests) usually performs best, because the customer is already engaged with the message. SMS and WhatsApp work great too. For walk-in or in-store traffic, a QR code that points to the link is the easiest way for customers to connect.
Does the link expire or change?
Does the link expire or change?
No. The URL is stable for the agent, so links you've already placed in emails, signatures or printed QR codes keep working.
Will changes I make to the agent affect the link?
Will changes I make to the agent affect the link?
Yes — and that's the point. Update the agent's knowledge, voice or behavior in Configure, and the link instantly reflects the latest version. You don't need to re-share or re-copy anything.
