Business Location & Working Hours

This is the first step of Stage 2 — Agent Training Info. Tell the Agency where your business operates and when you are open so the AI receptionist can quote correct hours, book appointments in the right time zone, and answer "where are you located?" calls accurately.

What to fill in
Address — street, city, state, ZIP, country.
Time Zone — critical. Every booking is calculated from this.
Working Hours — per day open/close times. You can also add breaks (e.g. lunch) so the agent doesn't book during closed windows.
Use the copy action next to a day to copy that day's open/close times and breaks to all other days at once. This saves time when most of your week follows the same schedule.
Pre-filled from Google My Business
If you connected your Google My Business account in Stage 1, your address and working hours are pre-populated automatically. Review the values carefully — Google data is sometimes outdated, especially breaks. Fix anything that doesn't match how your business actually runs today.
Multiple locations? Start with one
If your business has more than one location, just enter the total number of locations and fill in details for the first location you want to go live. Don't try to onboard every location at once.
Once your first location is live, the Agency can quickly bring the rest of your locations live using the first one as a template. This keeps your onboarding fast — you get a working AI receptionist for one location in days, not weeks.
Why this matters
Wrong time zone = bookings land in the wrong slot.
Missing breaks = the agent books during lunch.
Wrong address = the agent gives callers the wrong directions.
