Your Website — Train Your AI Agent Automatically

This is Step 3 of your Business Onboarding. Here you share your business website so the AI onboarding agent can read it, learn about your business, and prepare the questions your callers are most likely to ask.

Why this step matters

Your website is the single richest source of information about your business — services, pricing hints, FAQs, locations, policies, team, hours and more. By giving the AI onboarding agent your website, you skip hours of manual typing.

  • Trains your AI agent automatically. The onboarding agent reads every relevant page on your website and builds a draft knowledge base.

  • Predicts what callers will ask. It generates the real questions your customers are likely to ask on a call — based on what your website actually says.

  • Less work for you. Instead of writing answers from scratch, you simply review and verify the questions and answers in the next module.

Please double-check the URL

Make sure the website you enter is correct. Whatever URL you put here is what the AI agent will read and learn from. A wrong or outdated site means the agent will be trained on the wrong information about your business.

Tips for getting it right:

  • Use your main public website — the one your real customers visit.

  • Include https:// or www. if your site uses them.

  • Avoid linking to a single landing page if your main site has more content — the homepage gives the agent the fullest picture.

What happens after this step

After you click Continue, the AI onboarding agent scans your website in the background. The questions, answers and business knowledge it extracts will appear in the next module — Agent Training Info — where your job is simply to:

  • Review the generated questions and answers

  • Fix anything that's wrong or outdated

  • Add anything important that's missing

Don't have a website?

No problem — you can skip this step. You'll just fill in your business knowledge manually in the Agent Training Info module instead.

Note: Some websites are built on older or legacy technologies, or are configured to block automated crawling. If your website cannot be crawled, simply add your business knowledge manually in the Agent Training Info module.
