This is Step 7 of your Business Onboarding — a one-time setup fee to build, train and deploy your custom AI receptionist. Once paid, you'll move on to the Agent Training Info stage where you fine-tune how the agent talks and works.

What you're paying for

The onboarding fee is a single, one-time payment — there are no recurring setup charges. It covers everything needed to get your AI receptionist live:

  • Custom AI agent trained on your business

  • Seamless call handling & routing setup

  • Knowledge base configuration

  • Dedicated onboarding specialist

How to pay

  1. Review the fee and what's included for your business.

  2. Click Pay Now — checkout is securely powered by Stripe.

  3. If the Agency has committed a coupon for your business, it will be pre-applied automatically at checkout — no code to enter.

  4. Complete payment to unlock the Agent Training Info stage for your business.

Heads up about special offers

If your business was shown a discounted offer (e.g. $99 special) and the countdown has expired, you'll see an Offer Expired banner and the regular setup pricing will apply. Contact the Agency if you believe the offer should still be honoured for your business.

Not sure about your monthly cost?

The onboarding fee is separate from your business's monthly subscription. Use the Cost Calculator link on this screen to estimate ongoing usage for your business — nothing is locked in, and the Agency will suggest the right AI consumption plan after onboarding.

Frequently Asked Questions

Refund policy is set by the Agency. If the integration your business selected turns out to be unsupported (e.g. you picked Other and it can't be built), the onboarding fee is refunded. For other cases, contact the Agency.

No. Your business's monthly subscription only starts once the AI agent is live and taking calls. The onboarding fee is a one-time charge for setup.

Promotional pricing is time-limited. If the countdown ran out before your business reached this step, the regular price applies. Reach out to the Agency if you'd like them to reissue the offer.

Your business is moved to the next stage — Agent Training Info — where you provide the details the AI agent needs to handle real calls for your business (locations, transfer rules, knowledge base, sample recordings, etc.).

Yes. Checkout is processed by Stripe — neither the Agency nor anyone else sees your business's card details.

You don't need to enter one manually. If the Agency has committed a coupon for your business, it will be pre-applied automatically at the Stripe checkout screen. If you were expecting a discount and don't see it applied, contact the Agency so they can attach the coupon to your business.
