Additional Info is the last step of Stage 2 — Agent Training Info. Use it to share anything that didn't fit cleanly into the earlier steps — special instructions, edge cases, supporting documents, or just a note to your Account Manager.

Two parts
1. Note
A free-form text field for anything else that might help the Agency configure your AI receptionist correctly. Examples:
"Don't book appointments on the last Friday of every month — staff training day."
"If a caller mentions Dr. Khan, always offer Tuesday/Thursday slots only."
"We serve Spanish-speaking patients — please make sure the agent handles Spanish."
"After-hours callers should always be offered the on-call number 555-0123."
2. Upload Documents
Upload supporting documents the agent should learn from. These go into the agent's knowledge base so it can quote accurate answers from your existing materials.
Good things to upload:
Service brochures or pricing sheets
New-patient intake guides
Office policies (cancellation, no-show, late arrival)
Insurance accepted lists
FAQ documents
Supported formats: .doc, .docx, .pdf.
Then submit
Once you're done, click Submit For Review. Your business onboarding goes to the Agency's training team, your Account Manager picks it up, and your AI receptionist is typically live within 2 weeks.
