The Marketplace tab is where Agencies browse every Voice-Ready integration Kickcall offers and unlock new ones for their My Integrations list. Buying an integration is a one-time purchase at the Agency level — once unlocked, you can resell that same integration to as many of your Businesses as you want.
How the Marketplace works
Browse — Switch to the Marketplace tab to see every integration available on Kickcall (Cal.com, Phorest, Calendly, MyCase, SimplyBook.me, drchrono, iTrust, Zapier, Clinic Sites, and more). Use the Search field or the Industry filter to narrow the list.
Status on each card — Cards you've already unlocked show Installed. Cards you haven't bought yet show a Get Voice Ready Integration button.
Buy once, resell many — A single one-time purchase unlocks the integration for your entire Agency. There's no per-Business purchase. Once installed, the integration appears in My Integrations and can be assigned to any Business you manage.
Pay-as-you-go after purchase — The one-time fee unlocks the integration. After that, you only pay the wholesale per-connection / per-location / per-month fee when a Business is actually connected. No active connections = no monthly charges.
Buying a Voice-Ready Integration
Click Get Voice Ready Integration on any Marketplace card to open the purchase panel. The panel shows everything included in the one-time fee before you confirm.
Available Tools
At the top of the panel you'll see every tool the integration exposes to a voice agent — for example Get_appointment_types, Get_available_lists, Create_appointment, Update_appointment, Cancel_appointment, Get_appointments. These are the actions a Business's agent will be able to perform on the third-party system once connected.
What's included in the one-time fee
Every Voice-Ready integration purchase comes bundled with hands-on enablement from Kickcall, so you're not left to figure out the integration on your own:
First Customer Success Support — Hands-on assistance from the Kickcall team launching your first Business on this integration end-to-end.
Default Agent Templates Available — Each integration ships with at least one pre-configured Agent Template (with additional templates for common use cases) so Businesses can go live faster.
Custom Agent for Your First Use Case — Kickcall will craft a bespoke agent tailored to your first Business's use case, so you're production-ready from day one.
Custom Workflows on Request — Need a workflow that isn't in the default templates? Kickcall will build additional workflows on request, subject to the integration's API capabilities.
What you can do after the one-time purchase
Sell the integration to unlimited Businesses — no cap on how many Businesses you connect.
Pay wholesale per connection / location / month and set your own Resell Price on top (managed in My Integrations).
Pay-as-you-go — no recurring monthly charges from Kickcall when you have zero active connections.
Confirming the purchase
Click Pay [amount] & Activate at the bottom of the panel to charge the one-time fee and unlock the integration. Once activated:
The integration immediately appears in your My Integrations list.
The Marketplace card flips to Installed.
You can open Read & Configure from My Integrations to set your Resell Price and start assigning the integration to Businesses.
