Phone Numbers is where you manage every number, extension, and messaging setup for your Business. It brings together three related areas — the directory of assigned numbers, hosted SMS activation, and A2P campaign registration — so you can see what is connected, what it can do, and where calls and messages should route.
Open it from the Business Portal sidebar under Phone Numbers. The section is organized into three tabs: Numbers, Host SMS, and A2P Campaign.
The Numbers tab
The Numbers tab is the main directory of every phone number and extension currently assigned to your agents. Each row shows how the number is configured, where it came from, which Business location it belongs to, and which agent it is attached to.
Key details you will find here:
Number / Ext. — the full externally dialable number or short internal extension.
Capabilities — colored badges showing what the number supports, such as Voice, SIP, SMS, Hosted SMS, or A2P.
Source — the telephony provider that supplied the number, such as Twilio, Bandwidth, RingCentral, or NetSapiens.
Country — the country the number is registered in.
Location — the Business location linked to the number.
Agent — the agent currently attached to the number or extension.
Action — quick actions for managing or testing the number.
Use the search bar to find a specific number, extension, or agent quickly, and use the pagination controls at the bottom to change how many records appear on each page.

The Host SMS tab - Coming Soon
The Host SMS tab lets you activate SMS on phone numbers you already own, without switching your current voice provider. This is useful when you want the AI agent to send and receive text messages on a number whose calls are handled elsewhere.

The A2P Campaign tab - Coming Soon
The A2P Campaign tab is where you register your brand and manage Application-to-Person messaging campaigns. A2P registration is required in the USA before sending outbound SMS messages at scale, and helps carriers recognise your messages as legitimate business traffic.
