Revenue & Sales Monitoring

The Revenue module gives the Agency a single, clear view of how much money is coming in across every business it manages. It answers three questions in one screen — How is the agency trending month over month?, Which businesses are driving revenue?, and What's the payment status of any individual business?
Use this page to monitor agency-wide performance, spot businesses that are slipping into Open (unpaid) status, and pull billing history for any business when you need to share invoices or check refunds.

Top summary cards
At the top of the Revenue page you get an at-a-glance snapshot of the agency:
All Time Revenue — total revenue collected across every business since the agency started.
Total Businesses — number of businesses currently linked to the agency.
Total Locations — sum of locations across all those businesses.
Use the Select Business filter in the top-right to scope the entire page (cards, chart and table) to a single business, or keep it on All Business for the agency-wide view.
Month-Wise Revenue Trend
The Monthly Revenue Trend chart compares This Year vs Last Year for the last 12 months, side by side for every month (Jan–Dec).

This is the fastest way to understand how your agency is performing:
Year-over-year growth. Hover any month to see the exact figures — e.g. May — Last Year: $5,000 · This Year: $6,700. Growth or decline shows up immediately.
Seasonality. Spot the months where your agency consistently earns more (or less), so you can plan campaigns, hiring and onboarding capacity around them.
Anomaly detection. A sudden dip in a single month usually means a business churned or has unpaid invoices — drill into the table below to confirm.
Business-Wise Revenue Breakdown
The Business Revenue Breakdown table lists every business the agency manages, with the financial signals you need to act on:

Business Name — with the payment method icon next to it. The icon colour reflects the card on file: blue means a healthy card is attached, red means the card is expired and needs attention. No icon means no card is on file for the business yet.
Package — the active billing package (Master, Professional, Basic, etc.).
All Time Revenue — lifetime revenue collected from this business.
Last Month Revenue — revenue from the most recent completed billing month, useful for spotting downgrades.
Locations — number of locations the business is currently paying for.
Last Payment — date of the most recent successful charge.
Status — Paid (green) means the latest invoice is settled; Open (purple) means there is an outstanding invoice that has not been paid yet.
Details — opens the Business Specific Billing panel for that row (see below).
Use the pagination at the bottom-right to move through large business lists. Sort by Last Payment or filter by Status = Open to quickly surface businesses that need a follow-up.
Business Specific Billing
Clicking the Details (eye) icon on any business row opens the Billing History side panel — a complete, monthly transaction log for that single business.

The panel shows:
Package currently active and the business's All Time Revenue.
A row per month with Subtotal, Tax, Discount, Total (incl. Tax), Status (Paid / Open) and an Invoice download button.
Expandable rows that reveal the underlying transactions for that month — including the original charge, the card used (e.g. VISA •••• 4242), the timestamp, and any Refund issued against it (refunds are tagged with the refunded amount, e.g. Refund: $200.00).
Note: Transaction-level detail and refund tracking inside Billing History is only available for agencies running on Kickcall's managed Stripe. Agencies using their own external payment processor will see the monthly billing summary and invoices, but transaction IDs, card brand/last-4 and refund records are only populated for Kickcall Stripe users.
