The Business Usage module gives you a quick overview of how your business is using the platform. It shows you the total activity — like calls made and time spent — across all your locations in one place. You can filter the data by date range and location to focus on what matters to you.
Summary Cards
Total Location - It tells you how many locations your business has active on the platform.
Total Calls - It shows the overall number of calls that were handled by the agent/agents for the business.
Call Duration - It is the total time spent on all those calls combined.
Total Agents - It tells you how many agents are currently active and using the platform.
What Usage Breakdown Shows
The Usage Breakdown section shows the same information but broken down by location and agent. For each agent, you can see how many calls they handled and how long those calls lasted in total. This helps you quickly spot which agents are active and which locations are getting the most call traffic.
