🔍 What if your calls could tell you exactly what to fix in your business?

Signals that actually help you improve your business.

Signals is Kickcall's built-in sentiment intelligence layer. It automatically listens to every call you receive and tells you how your customers are feeling, without any manual work on your end. For business users, this means you can now understand call quality and customer sentiment at scale, directly from your dashboard

What's New

  • Sentiment Scoring on Every Call: After each call ends, it's automatically labeled Satisfied, Neutral, Frustrated, or Churn Risk.

  • Keyword Tracking: See which topics come up most in your calls. You can also add your own keywords to track things specific to your business.

  • Caller Persona Detection: Signals identifies whether a caller is a new customer, returning customer, vendor, spam, or unknown, straight from the conversation.

  • Severity Scoring: Calls are labeled High, Medium, or Low, so your team always knows which calls need urgent attention.

What This Enables

  • Spot problems before they escalate: Identify unhappy customers early, before they decide to leave.

  • Find the pattern behind the problem: Surface trends, like most callers asking about evening appointment slots.

  • Give your team focus: Severity and sentiment filters cut through hundreds of calls to surface the ones that matter.

  • Track what matters to your business: Stop reviewing every call. Only see the ones that need attention.

🌟 Signals is live now. Head to your Signals page to see what your customers have really been telling you.

🔊 Ever wondered what happens when your AI is “thinking”?

🎧 More Natural, Seamless Call Experience

We've introduced Thinking Sound to improve the caller experience. When your AI receptionist is looking something up, callers used to hear complete silence, which could feel strange or make them think the call had dropped. For business users, this update means a soft background sound now plays during those moments to keep calls feeling natural.

What’s New

  • Background Thinking Audio: A subtle sound plays whenever the AI is fetching information, so callers know something is happening and the call is still active.

  • Sound Options: Choose from keyword-typing or hold_music.

  • Adjustable Volume: Adjust how loud the sound is to match your preference (thinking_sound_volume, default 0.8).

Why This Matters

  • No awkward silence: Callers won't feel like the line has gone dead during short pauses.

  • More human-like experience: Calls feel more natural, closer to talking with a real receptionist.

😱 Business onboarding just got 10x faster — check it out NOW!!

🚀 Business Onboarding — Reimagined

Overview

We've rebuilt the onboarding experience to be smoother, faster, and intuitive enough for businesses to set themselves up without hand-holding. For business and agency users, this means less manual entry, fewer follow-ups, and a faster path to go-live.

What's new

  • Smart Auto-Fill via Google Maps: Start typing your business name and Kickcall pulls in verified details directly from Google Maps, including business name, address, and location. No manual entry, no typos, no corrections needed.

  • Single-Session Data Collection: All essential setup details, including SIP URI and integration credentials, are captured during onboarding itself. No chasing, no follow-up calls, no repeated requests for missing information.

  • One-Step Submission for Review: Once everything is filled in, businesses submit directly for review, leading to faster validation and quicker go-live.

  • Customer Sentiment Tracking Setup: Define exactly what your AI should listen for during onboarding. Choose from ready-made keywords or describe a topic in plain English, and Kickcall builds the tracking automatically.

Why This Matters

For agency users managing multiple accounts, this means faster go-live across your client base with fewer delays caused by missing information or repeated follow-ups.
For business users, onboarding now takes one sitting instead of a drawn-out back-and-forth.
