NetSapiens connection lets you pick a ready-to-use extension straight from your agency's NetSapiens domain and assign it to your AI agent — no number provisioning, no SIP trunking.
Coming soon. The NetSapiens option is on the Kickcall roadmap and will appear under Connect Phone once it's live. The screenshots below preview the experience.
What it will look like
Once your agency connects its NetSapiens platform in the Agency portal and maps this business to a NetSapiens domain, you'll be able to pick any extension from that domain.
Selected extension is shown along with the time it was last updated, and you can swap it any time with Change Number.
