NetSapiens

NetSapiens powers a huge portion of the VoIP world. Any VoIP solution built on top of NetSapiens can be connected to Kickcall through this single integration — no custom work needed per telephony solution.
The NetSapiens module is organized into two tabs:
Configuration — for entering connection credentials and telephony settings.
Mapping — for mapping Twilio numbers/settings to specific businesses.
Connect NetSapiens
Go to Telephony → NetSapiens→ Configuration Tab and paste your NetSapiens credentials:

Configuration Tab
This tab is used to connect a NetSapiens Communication Service Provider (CSP) instance.
Add CSP - The "+ Add CSP" button allows an agency to add a new NetSapiens CSP connection. Each configured CSP is displayed as an expandable card (e.g., "AT Services") with edit (pencil) and delete (trash) actions.
CSP Details:
CSP Name - The display name given to this NetSapiens service provider connection.
Portal URL - The URL of the NetSapiens portal used for managing the account.
Client Secret - The secret key used to authenticate API access to the CSP.
API URL - The base API endpoint used to communicate with the NetSapiens instance.
Client ID - The unique client identifier used for API authentication.
IP Address - The IP address associated with the NetSapiens CSP instance.
Select Configure at the end of the module.
Customize Your Telephony Service (White-Labeling)
This section allows agencies to white-label the telephony integration so that end customers see the agency's own branding instead of the default provider branding.

Logo - Upload area for the agency's custom logo, applied to the telephony service branding. Recommended size: 200×60px, in PNG or SVG format.
Display Name - The name shown to customers in place of the default provider name (e.g., "Smart Connections"). This field is required.
Note: Clicking Configure at the bottom of the page is required to save any changes made on this tab. Simply entering credentials, allowed addresses, or white-label details does not save the configuration — the Configure button must be clicked to apply and persist the changes.
Map Kickcall Businesses to NetSapiens Domains
Once connected, switch to the Mapping tab. You'll see every Kickcall business with its NetSapiens domain and current status. Search by business name to jump to a specific row.
Enabled — the business is mapped to a NetSapiens domain and live.
Configure — the business doesn't have a domain yet. Click to map it.
Use the pencil icon to edit an existing mapping.

Sync a business domain
Sync only runs for a business that already has a mapped NetSapiens domain. When you edit a mapped business you'll see two tabs: Mapping (the domain assignment) and Sync (extension sync between that NetSapiens domain and Kickcall).

Kickcall syncs only extensions from the mapped domain and creates or updates them inside the business's Operator module — nothing else is pulled.
From the Sync tab you can:
Run Sync Now — pull the latest extensions from NetSapiens immediately. Kickcall syncs only extensions and creates or updates them inside the matching business's Operator module.
Sync Schedule — pick an automation cadence so syncs run on their own.
Review past sync runs — date & time, status, duration, total records, new, updated and failed counts.
