Telephony in Kickcall is built for VoIP MSPs. Our goal is to make it effortless for you to plug your existing VoIP stack into Kickcall so your AI agents can take and make calls on the same infrastructure your businesses already use.

Supported telephony solutions

Today Kickcall supports two telephony solutions out of the box:

  • Twilio — Connect your Twilio account, purchase numbers for your businesses, and see exactly which business is using which number.

  • NetSapiens — Connect any VoIP solution built on top of NetSapiens. Map Kickcall businesses to NetSapiens domains in a few clicks.

  • Bandwidth - Connect your Bandwidth account, purchase numbers for your businesses, and manage which business is using which number.

  • Asterisk - Connect any VoIP solution built on Asterisk. Map Kickcall businesses to your Asterisk trunks in a few clicks.

  • Other Carriers - Lists external carriers your businesses may already use for phone or voice service, outside Kickcall's native integrations. Toggle which carriers show up as selectable options on the business onboarding form.

In development

  • 3CX — Coming soon.

Need another telephony solution? We are continuously adding more telephony integrations. If your telephony solution isn't on the list, reach out to Kickcall support and request it — your request goes straight to our roadmap.

How telephony fits together

  1. The Agency connects one or more telephony solutions from Telephony in the Agency portal.

  2. Each business is then assigned a telephony service from Business Telephony.

  3. Numbers, domains, and routing are managed per business — the Agency keeps full control of which telephony solution powers each business.
