Bandwidth

The Bandwidth integration under the Telephony module allows agencies to connect to Bandwidth to provision phone numbers for agents within the platform. In addition to voice, Bandwidth is also used for SMS hosting and messaging services.
As with other providers, the page shows a badge indicating how many businesses are currently active on this integration.
The Bandwidth module is organized into two tabs:
Configuration — for entering connection credentials and telephony settings.
Mapping — for mapping Twilio numbers/settings to specific businesses.
Connect Bandwidth
Go to Telephony → Bandwidth → Configuration Tab and paste your Bandwidhtcredentials:

Account ID - The unique identifier for the agency's Bandwidth account.
Client ID - The client identifier used for API authentication (masked by default, with a view toggle to reveal it).
Client Secret - The secret key used alongside the Client ID to securely authorize API access.
Application ID - The identifier for the specific Bandwidth application configured for this integration.
From Number - The default system phone number used to send SMS notifications, alerts, and notes to businesses.
Bandwidth Webhook Configuration

This section provides the details needed to complete the integration from the Bandwidth side:
Webhook URL - A pre-generated URL that must be added as a webhook in the agency's Bandwidth Dashboard, so Bandwidth can send status updates back to the platform.
Required Events - The specific events that must be selected and activated on the Bandwidth Dashboard for the webhook to function correctly: message-delivered and message-failed.
Webhook Username - A required username credential used to authenticate incoming webhook calls from Bandwidth.
Webhook Password - A required password credential used to authenticate incoming webhook calls from Bandwidth (masked by default).
Note: Agencies must manually create this webhook in their Bandwidth Dashboard using the provided URL and activate the message-delivered and message-failed events for delivery/failure status tracking to work correctly.
Customize Your Telephony Service (White-Labeling)
This section allows agencies to white-label the telephony integration so that end customers see the agency's own branding instead of the default provider branding.

Logo - Upload area for the agency's custom logo, applied to the telephony service branding. Recommended size: 200×60px, in PNG or SVG format.
Display Name - The name shown to customers in place of the default provider name (e.g., "Smart Connections"). This field is required.
Note: Clicking Configure at the bottom of the page is required to save any changes made on this tab. Simply entering credentials, allowed addresses, or white-label details does not save the configuration — the Configure button must be clicked to apply and persist the changes.
Mapping Tab
This tab shows which businesses are connected to Bandwidth and which phone number(s) each business is using.

Business Name - Name of the business.
Connected Number - The phone number(s) currently connected to that business via Bandwidth. A business may have more than one number connected. If no number has been assigned yet, this displays "No number connected yet."
