Turn on call forwarding — Web

1. Log in to your FluentCloud portal.

2. Follow Fluent's official guide: How to Set Up Call Forwarding in My FluentCloud.

3. Select Always forward and enter your 10-digit Kickcall AI phone number.

4. Save.

Turn on call forwarding — Mobile app

• Android: Call Forwarding in the FluentStream app (Android)

• iOS: Call Forwarding in the FluentStream app (iOS)

What this does

Call forwarding redirects every incoming call to your Kickcall AI agent. When forwarding is disabled, calls go directly to your main business line.
