Forward calls from your T-Mobile business line to your dedicated Kickcall AI phone number.

Turn on call forwarding

  1. On your T-Mobile phone keypad, dial **21*.

  2. Enter the 10-digit Kickcall AI phone number you want to forward to.

  3. Press #, then press Call.

  4. Wait for the success message on screen.

Turn off call forwarding

  1. Dial ##21# and press Call.

  2. Wait for the confirmation message.

What this does

Call forwarding redirects every incoming call to your Kickcall AI agent so it can answer customer inquiries. When forwarding is off, calls go directly to your main business line.
