Turn off call forwarding

1. Lift the receiver and dial *73.

2. Wait for the confirmation tone, then hang up.

What this does

Call forwarding automatically redirects incoming calls to your Kickcall AI agent. When it's disabled, all calls go directly to your main business line and your staff must answer in person.
