Google Voice

If your business uses Google Voice (inside Google Workspace) as your main line, you can keep that number and route calls to your Kickcall AI agent using an Auto Attendant.
This guide assumes you have Google Workspace with Google Voice — not a personal Google Voice account.
Step 1 — Open Google Voice in Admin Console
Log in to admin.google.com.
Go to Apps → Google Voice.
Step 2 — Create an Auto Attendant
Open the Auto attendants section and click Create.
Give it a name and short description, then click Create.
Welcome Message: leave blank, or add something like "Transferring to store."
Call Handling: choose Transfer Caller, then Phone Number, and enter your Kickcall AI phone number.
Click Publish.
Step 3 — Unassign your current Google Voice number
Open the Users tab inside Google Voice.
Hover the current Google Voice user and click Edit Number.
Click Unassign.
Step 4 — Assign the number to the Auto Attendant
Open the Auto Attendant you just created.
Click Assign A Number and select your business service address. Click Next.
Pick your Google Voice business number (use Change to search if it doesn't appear).
Click Publish.
Your Google Voice number now routes to the Kickcall AI agent. Place a test call to confirm.
